Run Club

Correct running technique, strength and dynamic joint mobility and control are all factors that contribute to performance and risk of injury.

Coach Sally Tudor is a level 2 Athletics Coach. Sally is experienced working with a range of athletic abilities and goals. Our class participants range from de-conditioned mums returning to running to competitive athletes. The course size is limited to 8 -10 people. A small group session allows for individual attention in a small group environment and helps athletes to achieve their goals. It is a relaxed group environment and we like to have a laugh yet challenge ourselves at the same time.
