Core on the floor

Core on the floor is a Pilates-inspired mat class. These classes are a great way to strengthen and relax your body.

The class runs for 45 minutes with a maximum of 8 participants. The classes will include a combination of strength, mobility and stability exercises. The class focuses on whole-body exercise including core, pelvic and lumbar stability, and general strength and flexibility. Make sure you discuss any health concerns before your class.

Initial assessment is not required for core on floor. Bookings can be made through the Centric Movement Clinic app. Mats and small equipment provided.
