Centric Movement Clinic welcomes referrals from all GP’s and Allied Health Practitioners. We are committed to communicating regularly in regards to patient treatment and progress. If you wish to discuss patient treatment in further detail before referring please don’t hesitate to contact us. Referrals can be made by filling out form below and our staff will be in contact or patient booking in and bringing in the appropriate paper work.

Medicare EPC - Individual Consultations

Cost for Initial Consultation 45 minute session (includes reporting): $107

  • Initial sessions incur an out of pocket expense for patients of $49

  • Subsequent sessions (30 minutes) - bulked billed

Work Cover

Centric Movement Clinic Accredited Exercise Physiologist’s (AEP) regularly treat workers for musculoskeletal rehabilitation on a range of work related injuries.

  • Approval from insurer for initial Exercise Physiology assessment (EPA001) required. Further treatment requested by AEP following assessment
