Teen Pilates

Teen Reformer: Mondays 4.30pm (30 minutes)

Teen Mat: Wednesday 5pm (45 minutes)

Bookings can be made under 'classes' in the Centric Movement Clinic app. Bookings for each class is essential, as there are limited reformers and mat.
