A 45-minute fitness class designed to elevate your heart rate and build overall strength.

This class combines controlled strength-based exercises with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to improve power, fitness, and endurance.

Training includes a combination of weightlifting, power-based movements, and functional fitness exercises.
