Mature Movers Circuit
Pilates exercise circuit class is aimed at increasing general strength, joint mobility, balance and core/pelvic floor strength. Participants are able to work at their own level, pace and intensity. The class includes a mini mat pilates class, weights and balance exercise. Classes are designed and instructed by accredited Exercise Physiologist. Leg and grip strength is testing frequently throughout the program to monitor progress.
Maximum of 9 people per class. Book ahead. New clients must have a Mature Movers Introductory session or Initial Exercise Physiology consultation before entering class.
