Mature Movers Circuit
Pilates exercise circuit class is aimed at increasing general strength, joint mobility, balance and core/pelvic floor strength. Participants are able to work at their own level, pace and intensity. The class includes a mini mat pilates class, weights and balance exercise.
Maximum of 8 people per class. Book ahead. New clients must have a private Pilates sessions or Exercise Physiology consultation before entering class.
