Introductory Reformer Session
Looking to join our reformer classes? No problems, book a 30-minute introductory Pilates session before entering our group class. Our instructors will take the time to introduce you to Pilates and teach you how to use the Pilates reformer. The Pilates reformers when used correctly, need to be moved with control to gain the best results. Our instructors will ensure you have suitable technique in lying, kneeling and standing exercises on reformer and can recommend the best class for you.
