Our Exercise Physiologists are allied health professionals, accredited with Exercise Sport Science Australia (ESSA). We are the experts in providing exercise advice and prescription for people who suffer from pain/injury or chronic health conditions. Private patients are welcome.

Our clinic accepts Workcover, Medicare, DVA, and NDIS referrals. Most private health funds recognise Exercise Physiology for individual and group classes.

Exercise Physiology Assessment

What's involved in the initial Assessment?

  • Gather Health History

  • Gather Exercise History

  • Assess Movement

  • Test strength (if required), to gain insights on neuromuscular movement behaviors, asymmetries and movement strategies.

  • Exercise recommendations and home program

Group Classes

Clinical Reformer: Clinical reformer classes are designed and instructed by accredited Exercise Physiologists. Claimable with health funds. The small group class is ideal for people recovering from injury, chronic pain or post-natal rehabilitation. This class is technique and movement focused.

Tuesday and Thursday 10am, & Friday 2pm

Exercise Physiology Classes: Exercise Physiology classes are designed and instructed by accredited Exercise Physiologists. Claimable with health funds. Ideal for people with chronic conditions with fitness related goals such as weight loss, functional movement restrictions, diabetes, heart conditions etc. Class size is restricted to 4 people.

Monday and Wednesday at 10.30am

Mature Movers:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 11.30am

Tuesday and Thursday: 11am
