Emily Bell
Pilates Instructor
Emily joined the Centric Pilates team in September 2020. She completed her Diploma in Contemporary Pilates Teaching through Tensegrity Training and has been teaching Pilates since 2012. Emily first started Pilates to help treat her own chronic back pain, and her journey has come so far. At first she liked Pilates to help her pain and to try something new. Now she loves it for the overall benefit it has for her body and mental wellbeing. Emily find Pilates to be the best mindfulness practice going.
Emily is actually a trained pharmacist. Over the past five years she has had break from teaching Pilates. She has been busy raising two young boys and working at the grove pharmacy in south Dubbo. We are loving seeing Emily teach Pilates again and working in our studio.

Cathy Harvey
Yoga Instructor
Cathy has over 20 years experience as a Physiotherapist and is
currently is a part of the physiotherapy team at Dubbo Hospital.
Cathy has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She first started practising yoga after the birth of her fourth and final child. Yoga was a gentle and safe way to try to regain some strength and fitness. Yoga has been a key element of her exercise regimen ever since.
The practice of yoga challenges her physically and mentally. Vinyasa (flow) yoga keeps her active and productive at home and at work, helps maintain mobility and guards against pain and injury as the years fly by! As with all forms of exercise, yoga is also good for brain cells and helps her to stay sharp.
Cathy enjoys yoga, swimming and bike riding with family and friends, and going for coffee after!
